What is Leveling and Dispersing Agent? Types and Applications

Leveling agents cause a uniform distribution of the dyes in and on the textile, so that their use uniform, reproducible colorations can be achieved. Dispersing Agents hold the water-insoluble particles in suspension and ensure a particularly fine distribution of the dyes in the dye bath. Precipitations, agglomerations, and thus, color spots are avoided.

SARAKOL-RDL (Leveling agent for cellulosic)

A low foaming solubilising cum levelling agent used in reactive dyeing of cellulosic substrate. It prevents dye agglomeration and thus prevents streakiness in soft flow dyeing.

SARALINE-FI (Leveling and Dispersing Agent)

Saraline-FI is a versatile dispersing, levelling and emulsifying agent for natural and synthetic fibres. It helps to stabilize bath for better runnability under adverse conditions.

SUPERGEN-KDF (Leveling Agent for Polyester)

A classical leveling agent for the dyeing of disperses dyes on polyester and its blends. Supergen-KDF helps to migrate the dye at high temperature hence achieving level dyeing.

SUPERGEN-KMS (Levelling agent for wool)

It reduces high strike rate of dyes particularly in light shades, which results in excellent penetration and level dyeing.
